Description: 2nd Annual “ Full Moon Over Carrollton“ WHICH IS NOW “ The Hooligan Havoc” hosted by the Illinois Hooligans C.C. Bigger and better things to come this year that are still developing. Pin striping by Michael Parks and Dan Johnson will be onsite, pin up contest put on by one of our own Hooligan member Pin ups, LIVE auction by Waters Auction Service ,corn hole tournament, motor blow, burn out contest, barber Joe from STL will be there with his barber chair doing up fresh cuts, swap meet, and more! Working on pre and after party details. Proceed to benefit local charity. Come support your local greasers! Car clubs are encouraged to make trophies for their “ club pick”. All cars and bikes are welcome!
