Description: Join over 200 vintage scooter enthusiasts for the 5th annual E.C.C. scooter rally. Rally hotel will be in Dewey and the Fun will be mixed between Dewey and Rehobeth. Last year we had taken over the entire hotel and made one big party of the event.
